Jim is an avid golfer and is the reigning Hilton Head Amateur Golf Champion.


Jim lives in Long Cove with his wife, Michelle, owner of Queen Bee at The Back Door in Shelter Cove, and their 6 year daughter, Megan. Jim’s youngest son, Tim, is a senior at the University of Charleston.

Ben is the youngest Realtor ever to receive The Distinguished Sales Award, and is a Life Member of the same award. A graduate of The University of South Carolina, Ben has been teamed as a licensed Realtor working with his dad since 1998.


Ben is a resident of Bermuda Pointe in Hilton Head and is currently building a new home in Palmetto Dunes. He has a range of Hilton Head investments including spec homes, villas and Bluffton rentals.


Ben plays golf, tennis and enjoys fishing. For five years, he has helped coordinate The Golf Classic in honor of his friend, Jason Braymiller.

Charlene has joined THE FERGUSON TEAM and brings 17 years of administrative and office management experience from the oil industry in Kennebunk, Me.


She and her husband, Mark, recently moved to Eagles Point in Bluffton where they enjoy the community and plenty of golf. They have 3 grown children, Stacey, Katie, and Scott... and one granddaughter, Judith, who is the light of their life!
